Paris day 1 (part 1)

Day one in Paris (Happy Thanksgiving!) our gracious host Pierre took us into the city to show us some of the sites.
First stop: a cruise down the Seine River. It was perfect to see so many sites!

{This is Musee D'Orsay, my favorite museum in Paris. We'll get to that later)

In the center of Paris there are two islands, which is what Paris was originally built on. It expanded from there. This is one of the islands.

After our tour, we walked to Notre Dame to see the inside.
