image via petit elefantGetting back into the swing of things means making weekly menus again. This week I'm trying all new recipies that I've found on various blogs. And since we're 2 for 2 in sucessful meals so far, I thought I'd share what we've made and what we have planned.
*Meatball sliders
(with roasted potato wedges with rosemary butter, and fresh fruit)
*Chicken Satay and Coconut Peanut sauce
(with coconut rice* and sauted green beans)
*Cafe Rio Burritos
(with rice, blackbeans and tortilla chips)
*Penne with Ricotta and Asparagus
(with bread and salad)
*Grilled Salmon with Lime butter sauce
(with salad, garlic bread, and fresh pineapple)
We've tried the salmon and meatballs and both were delicious. I'll let you know how the others go.

Good for you getting back into the swing of things so quickly and so well, but I'll just keep it under raps so Tyler doesn't know that other wives/new moms get it together so well!
a late update... the penne and ricotta was not so great, it needed a lot more flavor somehow.
