How do babies come into the world?

Earlier this week we were at a family get together with all of Jacob's family. My four-year-old niece came up to me and asked if I still had a baby in my tummy. I assured her that I did and then she asked, "why haven't you pooped it out yet?" I laughed so hard! I guess it's pretty logical for a 4-year-old.
