Yesterday I met some friends at a local farm to go apple picking. It was a cold fall day, but after bundling up and pulling kids and apples in wagons, we soon warmed up. I came back with 21 pounds of apples so I'll be making all things apple in the next week. On my to-do list are carmel apples, apple pancakes, apple crepes, applesauce, apple crisp, and an apple praline cheesecake.
Any other great ideas?
