For a couple years now I've gotten together with some friends during the summer to go to a pick-your-own farm. We've picked peaches, blueberries, raspberries and apples, but I've always wanted to pick strawberries, but have always missed the season.
This June we made it...
It was such a hot day, but Avery was kept happy by eating the strawberries as I picked.
and then we couldn't turn down picking cherries while we were there.

I'm really going to miss those farms. I just bought some blueberries yesterday and as I left the store I realized that I paid over $10 for about a sandwich bag full. Sac!
