Avery's Party

Avery's 1st birthday party was many years of ideas finally coming to fruition. It was a little crazy doing in the middle of a move, and despite the weather not exactly cooperating, it all turned out and (i think) everyone had a good time. And thanks to some dear friends, I was also able to enjoy the day.

Decor

this little birthday girl was one of the things I didn't qute finish, along with some other ideas I had that didn't make it to the party, but I have to save some ideas for next time, right?

There were pinwheels around the yard and as center pieces on the tables.

(pb&j and ham&cheese for the kids)

The Candy Bar

as a thank-you, each kid was able to fill a bag full of candy.
