Julia & Darcy's Trip: Coventry

I don't think that Coventry is a typical tourist spot. There is not much more than the destroyed cathedral in the city, but seeing it was worth the trip. This site where the cathedral stands has had a church on it since the beginning of the 12th century, but during WWII, the present cathedral was bombed and all the remains is the outer walls. It must have been a pretty impressive church in all its glory, because even the bombed out shell is quite impressive. {Avery at Coventry Cathedral}

{look closely and notice that some of the original stained glass has somehow stayed intact}
