To market, to market, to buy a fat pig...

Today Avery and I headed out to the local farmers market as the cleaner came and cleaned our flat (we're a little spoiled here!). I was delighted to learn that Cheltenham has a farmers marked two Fridays of every month. It's all along the Promenade, and I couldn't help pick up some goodies.
On my way there, we passed by the Imperial Gardens...aren't they beautiful!
It's fun to see the different archetecture that this city has...

and I love the hanging flower baskets that line many of the main streets!

I know this is a little random, but how wonderful is this blue scale. I think I might need one, especially since everything is in grams here and since I haven't found measuring cups and spoons, cooking is definately a different experience and a little bit of a guessing game.

When I came home I laid out all my wonderful finds thehat I got at the farmers market and another little detour into a cute children's boutique.

(the only thing missing here are the bunch of fresh carrots I got)

My lunch consisted of a little bit of everything I purchased, and it was all delicious!

These strawberries were the best I've ever tasted!

This is what Avery thought about her new shoes

But this is what she thinks about tummy time...still not a fan!

And every once in a while she likes to hear her own voice

Such a fun day! If you find that scale in green or red or yellow, can I put in an order?
