I'm one very tired mom, with a very un-tired 4 month old who is going on 3+ hours of being awake at 3am in the morning! Any tips on dealing with jetlag with an infant?
Oh no! It will probably take time, just like us. Hopefully the dark will get her back on track at night. Without experience, I would just tend to just keep putting her binky back in and calming her down in her bed- but sticking to your typical middle of the night routine. (And then try your best to keep her awake during typical wake times during the days.)
I can imagine that it's going to be VERY tricky. And you'll be SO tired. Good luck!
I've got nothing, you poor poor thing. And that will be so tough during the day too, when she'd tired and you're trying to keep her awake, and you're tired...
If I get desperate, I sometimes give my kids motrin (tylenol doesn't work), especially after a flight, but she may even be too young for that. I can't even remember.
I forgot about jet lag for Avery, especially 5 hours difference. I've only had to deal with 3 hours, and it was in my favor - they went to bed earlier. But still, sleep when she sleeps. YOu poor thing! Edurance and time makes perfect there, unfortunately. Give her a week or so. She'll adjust eventually. Just know that we remain in the states a jealous set of travel bugs.

And PS I'm so excited to hear that you're there!
