Mothers Day

For the past week I was blessed to have my mother in town for a visit. I thoroughly enjoyed having her here and developed an even greater appreciation for my mother and all that she is and does. She is such a wonderful woman that I admire so much!

On mothers day, after my Sunday afternoon nap, I woke up to this card on the fridge. Inside the card was this little gift certificate... my favorite things about are that it says "From: Husband" and the expiration date is 6/30/08. That's not much time, so I better use it quickly. My loving husband made it himself. I was so impressed that I encouraged him to go and make a card for his own mother.



This is what I found when I went upstairs to the craft room. It put a smile on my face to see Jacob so intent on using the different tools in my craft supplies. He did a wonderful job!
